Full details: Title check
-
Explanation
The title names the main change: the consumer skill is made independently distributable. The changeset makes the canonical skill self-contained, adds the MIT LICENSE, and extends archive tests to check both files. The title is short, specific, and uses a conventional commit prefix.
Full details: Description check
-
Explanation
The description matches the changeset. It states that the skill becomes self-contained without repository docs, that the MIT license is added, and that Git and Composer archives are checked for both files. It also covers the optional refactoring gate and the validation results. It references issue
#69and the related issues.

Explanation
#69coding requirements are implemented. The canonical payload remains underresources/skills/fast-forward-code-standards;SKILL.mdis self-contained and documents the 0.3.2, PHP^8.3, Composer runtime API^2.2, installation, no-write check, explicit fix, verification, failure boundaries, and CLI-gated optional refactoring. The payload includesLICENSE.ArchiveTestincludes that file in the fixture, requires it in both Git and Composer archives, compares archive contents, and verifies SHA-256 bytes for the license and skill. The reported archive regression passes. The diff contains no renderer migration, runtime dependency, or alternate installer. The broader issues#1,#2, and#31remain outside this PR.

Explanation
The changed files support
#69. The changelog records the consumer-skill fix, the payload adds the required license and self-contained procedure, andArchiveTestadds the required distribution regression. No unrelated source, workflow, installer, runtime dependency, renderer, or documentation-tree migration change appears in the pull-request diff.

A rabbit checks the skill at dawn,
Then keeps the license safely drawn.
It runs a check, then fixes with care,
And checks the archive bytes are there.
The CLI guides each next small hop,
The rabbit thumps: “No bounds to swap!”

@coderabbitai review Please review current HEAD f15591a after the reported included-capacity window. No CodeRabbit review is currently running here. This is the isolated consumer-skill/license/archive fix for #69, normally reconciled with main195f0bd; its four feature files are unchanged. Current-head CI and Codex code/security passed, including the complete hosted aggregate and Twig evaluation. Official skills-ref validation passed on the identical payload. No simultaneous request is being sent for #67. |
✅ Action performed

Closes #69. Refs #1, #2 and #31 for their broader extraction, consumer and documentation criteria; those remain open.
Make the canonical consumer skill self-contained when copied without repository docs, include the package's MIT license, and verify that Git and Composer archives retain both files byte for byte. Keep ordinary unpinned installation, the real check/fix compatibility baseline and explicit mutation/failure boundaries. Optional refactoring is conditional on the installed CLI's help; the skill does not silently upgrade consumers. The matching-source guide is optional.

Independently reviewed tree34a21dc3036032d823aceedec79ef91a72be9a1a: four feature files remain identical, and eight incoming Twig files exactly match main. Feature diff SHA2561bd5f775823b9cc8ffc36cebe317fdc1a677a955cd8a83ce5a24d12195d8ad53. Signature valid; hooks unchanged. No RST migration, runtime dependency, workflow or installer change is introduced by this PR.Validation: native exact-lock 53-package installation; archive RED for the missing license, then GREEN (1 test / 147 assertions), with payload hashes checked; official actionlint and whitespace passed. The normal hosted PHP 8.3–8.5 matrix, reusable, Changelog and CodeQL all passed on the combined tree. PHP 8.5 job 122145408992 recorded 124 tests / 992 assertions, syntax/style success and 33 Twig checks. Its actual checkout 09e04d3 has exactly the reviewed HEAD tree. Local full was not repeated during high host load; no failed gate or hook was bypassed. Current-head bot reviews remain separate gates.
Official format validation passed with unmodified skills-ref 0.1.0 from agentskills/agentskills@69ef37e. The skill/license bytes are unchanged from that validated payload. The validator ran in a separate temporary environment with an existing interpreter; no Python or global installer was added to this PHP package. Format validity does not prove model activation or performance. No release, tag or consumer rollout.
