Refs #9 — this delivers the evaluation slice; the supported consumer command, broader compatibility and acceptance decision remain open.
Add an isolated, locked Twig-CS-Fixer 4.1.1 / Twig 3.30.0 evaluation to the existing PHP 8.3–8.5 CI matrix. Provisioning is separate from evaluation; root runtime dependencies and CLI remain unchanged. The harness verifies native Finder/Git intersection, explicit overrides, grammar validation before fix, deterministic native JSON, excluded files and check/fix boundaries. Documentation records trusted configuration and parser limits.
Current HEAD: 1525de074b40e202af1670b4c123c3e118a969e6, tree c82ee922273ce8ef2b1b844844b4a28ffba78b6f. The CodeRabbit finding about direct Filesystem usage is fixed by declaring symfony/filesystem ^7.4 in the isolated manifest. Composer refreshed the lock natively; all 15 packages and the complete lock metadata are unchanged except content-hash. Focused Composer strict/platform validation and all 33 evaluation checks passed. Independent review confirmed the two-file correction (SHA256 9cecb060941fc0400d9abe39a2d249bac4ec9b9ff2cb96ee70810018cdbbea7f); GPG signature verified.
The unchanged evaluation implementation on parent 52562fa passed the local 124-test / 990-assertion aggregate, syntax/PER for 39 PHP files, official actionlint 1.7.12 and the hosted PHP 8.3–8.5 matrix/reusable/Changelog/CodeQL checks. Those earlier hosted and bot results are not presented as current-head approval; checks and reviews must cover the correction HEAD. The root aggregate was not repeated locally for a manifest-only correction with an identical installed graph.
No release or supported Twig consumer profile is claimed. No root runtime dependency, workflow permission or privilege change.
No actionable comments were generated in the recent review.

📝 Summary
Summary by CodeRabbit
Documentation
Added guidance on the bounded Twig formatter evaluation, including its scope, setup requirements, and limitations. It is not a supported consumer profile or a Code Standards command.
Tests
Added isolated checks for Twig template selection, parsing, configuration, deterministic reporting, and formatting in check and fix modes.
The repository’s CI now runs these checks using separately provisioned dependencies, without adding runtime dependencies to the package.
This change adds an isolated Twig evaluation harness, provisions its dependencies separately from the main project, and runs it in CI. The harness checks file selection, syntax parsing, configuration, check and fix behavior, and JSON reporting.

Please review current HEAD 52562fa. This is an isolated contributor evaluation; no root runtime dependency or consumer CLI change. Verify selection/configuration boundaries, pre-fix grammar validation and existing CI permissions.
Please review current HEAD 52562fa. Local aggregate and the 33 focused evaluation checks passed; hosted PHP 8.3–8.5 is running. The issue link is partial because this does not deliver a supported Twig consumer command.

twig-evaluation-contract.md — added, minor
Add a reproducible, isolated Twig evaluation on the existing PHP matrix. Qualify native Finder/Git intersection, explicit configuration overrides, grammar parsing, deterministic native JSON and check/fix boundaries without adding a consumer CLI profile or changing the package's runtime dependencies.
A regular code review gets triggered (for example, "@codex review" or when a PR is opened), and you’re opted in so security review runs alongside code review
Once complete, Codex will leave suggestions, or a comment if no findings are found.
Please review current HEAD 52562fa after the reported included-capacity window. The earlier request was rate-limited, and no CodeRabbit review is currently running here. Current-head PHP 8.3–8.5, reusable, Changelog, CodeQL and Codex code/security reviews succeeded. This remains an isolated evaluation slice of #9, not a supported consumer CLI.
