feat: configure development skills and Dash artwork - #33
Add llm/skills as a development dependency and native skills.json selection for the canonical Code Standards skill, trusted Fast Forward package sources, Changelog and the published Dash mascot skill. Do not import the DevTools README/documentation-authoring skills. Add the contextual Dash illustration with recorded official origin and image hash.
Centralize distribution exclusions in .gitattributes/export-ignore and remove redundant Composer archive.exclude. Retain runtime source, executable workers, configuration, consumer resources, the canonical skill and README image. The archive regression compares complete file/hash maps from native Git and Composer exports of the same committed, normalized fixture. It explicitly excludes all three release-channel helper paths, addressing CodeRabbit discussion4385303530 without changing production policy.
HEAD: 0c66230c34564fa8bee60f081823721987f42b87, normally merged with main 474f891a3e56176b6f811d69d69b2a85e03d0c77. Independent review confirms that all nine feature files remain byte-identical to the preceding reviewed candidate; only the six already-integrated #65 files were inherited. No consumed contribution or duplicate guide is restored. Candidate tree: 189262bf59aef188f2d12b455af419b25cf7628b.
Validation on this combined graph: fresh native exact-lock installation of 53 packages, zero updates, plugins/scripts disabled; full composer check passed 124 tests/982 assertions, Composer strict/platform and own syntax/ECS checking of 36 PHP files. Focused ArchiveTest passed 1 test/142 assertions. An earlier local aggregate failed because the existing vendor contained 20 extra transformer filenames ending in ' 2.php'; each was byte-identical to its canonical counterpart. The entire owned vendor was preserved in recoverable quarantine, then reinstalled from the unchanged lock. No vendor patch or duplicate-file deletion was used, and the failure remains recorded separately. The clean installation contains 20 canonical transformers and no duplicates.

Current-HEAD hosted CI and Codex/CodeRabbit reviews remain merge gates; coverage for preceding commits is not approval of this SHA. No consumer migration, authoring-skill import, documentation renderer, tag or release.

📝 Summary
Summary by CodeRabbit
New Features
Added development skill configuration for coding standards and Dash artwork guidance.
Added Dash artwork to the project README.
Documentation
Updated the development changelog with information about skill configuration, artwork, and package contents.
Bug Fixes
Git and Composer exports now include the same package files, while excluding development-only content.
The change configures native LLM Skills synchronization and trusted skill sources, adds Dash artwork to the README, and moves package export exclusions to .gitattributes. A new test checks line-ending normalization and compares Git and Composer archive contents.
Composer adds the llm/skills development dependency and permits its plugin. skills.json configures synchronization and skill sources. Ignore rules cover root-level .agents/ and skills/. The README adds Dash artwork, and the changelog records the changes.
.gitattributes sets text normalization and LF endings, and marks development paths for export-ignore. Composer's archive.exclude configuration is removed.
Archive equivalence test tests/Distribution/ArchiveTest.php
The test creates an isolated Git fixture, checks line-ending normalization, generates Git and Composer ZIP archives, compares sorted file-hash maps, and checks required and excluded paths.
The archive comparison now uses the same normalized snapshot for Git and Composer, and the specified exclusions are checked. No remaining issue identified here prevents merging after normal checks.

Full details: Linked Issues check
Explanation
Issue [#32] requires llm/skills as a development dependency, supported native skill configuration, restricted Fast Forward donors, the official Dash skill, exclusion of DevTools and documentation-authoring skills, archive exclusions, canonical resources/skills preservation, Dash artwork, and validation. The changes add llm/skills to composer.json, configure skills.json with the local canonical skill and restricted sources, limit the Dash source to fast-forward-dash, and remove the excluded skill sources. .gitattributes centralizes export exclusions. ArchiveTest compares complete Git and Composer file/hash maps and checks required inclusions and exclusions. The PR reports dependency, native sync, archive, image, and runtime validation. The ignored image is not independently inspectable, but the PR records its origin, dimensions, and SHA-256.
Full details: Out of Scope Changes check
Explanation
The changed files support issue [#32]. composer.json and skills.json implement the development-skill configuration. .gitattributes, .gitignore, and ArchiveTest implement archive and generated-file controls. README.md adds the requested contextual Dash artwork, and the changelog documents the change. No unrelated runtime feature, consumer migration, release, tag, or documentation renderer change is established.

development-skills-dash.md — added, minor
Add development-only LLM Skills configuration for the bundled Code Standards skill, trusted Fast Forward Composer donors, Changelog and Dash artwork instructions. Keep documentation-authoring skills outside the synchronized sources. Introduce contextual Dash artwork for the repository README. Centralize distribution exclusions in Git export-ignore attributes, preserving runtime configuration, the canonical consumer skill and the README artwork.

Please review current HEAD 74da97c. It preserves the existing skills/Dash/export-ignore change, reconciled normally with current main 648c57a including explicit Rector and ECS 13.3.9. The PR diff contains only the nine original scoped files; no consumer migration, authoring-skill import, tag or release. Current-HEAD PHP 8.3/8.4/8.5, Changelog and Codex code/security checks have completed successfully. No CodeRabbit run is active here; earlier coverage is for an older SHA.

Please review fa7c2fc. The only change after the previously reviewed74da97c is three explicit absence assertions for release-channel helper files in ArchiveTest, addressing the completed CodeRabbit finding. Focused1test/140assertions and current hosted PHP8.3/8.4/8.5, reusable check, Changelog and CodeQL passed. The existing Codex marker remains completed on74da97c; there is no current-head running marker or duplicate request.
A regular code review gets triggered (for example, "@codex review" or when a PR is opened), and you’re opted in so security review runs alongside code review
Once complete, Codex will leave suggestions, or a comment if no findings are found.
Please review current HEAD 0c66230. This is the first request for this HEAD; the earlier request completed on74da97c and no CodeRabbit execution is active here. The nine feature files are unchanged fromfa7c2fc, including the three archive-exclusion assertions that addressed discussion4385303530. A normal merge incorporates only the six already-reviewed #65 files now in main474f891.
Independent exact-tree review, fresh exact-lock local aggregate124tests/982assertions and current hosted PHP8.3/8.4/8.5/reusable/Changelog/CodeQL passed. Codex code review completed on this SHA; its separate automatic security review is still running and remains a merge gate. A local vendor-duplicate failure was preserved and repaired by full native exact-lock reinstall, without source/vendor patches. No paid capacity, permission changes, merge or release is authorized by this request.
Note: CodeRabbit is an incremental review system and does not re-review already reviewed commits. This command is applicable only when automatic reviews are paused.
Please review HEAD 0c66230 after the included-capacity window. The preceding request completed as rate-limited at 06:45; its estimate was another review in 26 minutes. It is now after 07:15 UTC, no CodeRabbit run is active here, and no duplicate or paid-capacity request is intended.
The current full hosted PHP 8.3/8.4/8.5 matrix, reusable check, Changelog, CodeQL and Codex code/security reviews have completed successfully. The signed normal merge of main474 preserves the same nine skills/Dash/archive feature files; the previous archive-exclusion finding is corrected and resolved. Fresh native exact-lock local aggregate: 124 tests/982 assertions. No source or dependency change since the prior request.
