Summary
Composes the date, day-grid, and picker primitives into the public Calendar component. Adds the public exports and API report, component/Cypress coverage, motion integration, documentation, bundle fixture, and Storybook examples.
Stack
Depends on #36748. The release-promotion and headless wrappers follow in #36751 and #36752.
