Summary
Adds standalone month and year picker components, keyboard navigation, selected/current state behavior, date-boundary handling, and unit coverage.
Stack
Depends on #36747 and supplies picker primitives to the composed Calendar in #36749.
Validation
yarn nx test react-calendar-preview --runInBandRelease
The release change file is intentionally added in #36751 once the full public API is present.
