docs(website): publish a privacy policy - #1339
Conversation
OpenAI's plugin directory requires a published privacy policy, and the site and the app had none. The page lists everything that leaves the user's machine, from the code: the app's anonymous daily count, its other connections, the MCP server, the agent plugin and the website's cookieless analytics. Linked from the footer, in all eight locales. The site's PostHog init now disables session recording, so the policy's statement holds whatever the project's remote settings say.

- Line 10: Update the local-storage statement in the Spanish privacy page to
clarify that OpenScreen does not store recordings, projects, or transcripts on
its own servers, and disclose that relevant project data is sent to a connected
AI provider when using its features. Keep the surrounding description of account
and cloud-storage behavior accurate.

- Line 10: Update the opening statement in the privacy page to limit the
on-device claim to OpenScreen-hosted storage, and clarify that AI features may
send selected data to the configured provider. Avoid unqualified claims that
projects and transcripts always stay on the computer or that the app has no
upload feature.

Summary
Adds getopenscreen.com/privacy/, linked from the footer, in English and the seven site locales. OpenAI's plugin directory (shared by ChatGPT and Codex) requires a published privacy policy before the OpenScreen plugin can be submitted there, and the site had none.
The page states, from the code:
app_activecount (payload, opt-out in the tray,DO_NOT_TRACK), the GitHub update checks, the one-time Hugging Face and GitHub model downloads, legacy Google Fonts, and the user's own AI provider. No crash reporting.website/src/analytics.tsnow passesdisable_session_recording: true, so "sessions are not recorded" holds whatever the PostHog project's remote settings say.To check before merging: the one-year retention matches the PostHog project's plan.
