Update the backend contract and rollout documentation, add regression coverage and clear lint warnings.
Restore the original server configuration, authorization, route loaders and People contract/data behavior, as requested. Keep custom date fields, table chip constraints and calendar keyboard focus. Fit the calendar to narrow screens and retain readable mobile navigation labels. Reserve the device safe area below the bottom bar. Limit added tests to calendar values used by the UI picker.

Review di sicurezza dell'area People, fatta con Claude Code. Il backend people.* non esiste ancora, quindi oggi nessun dato reale è esposto. Però people.fake.server.ts è il riferimento da cui partirà chi implementa il backend, e docs/people/contract.md non fissa alcune di queste regole. Conviene sistemarle prima che vengano copiate.
Come ho testato: ho eseguito il fake con utenti diversi (volontario con solo people:self, utente senza record, Team Lead, Capo Admin, match non confermato, people:read senza people:members:read). I casi segnati come verificato li ho riprodotti davvero, gli altri vengono dalla lettura del codice. pnpm test passa (43 ok, 3 skipped).

Ho controllato e sono a posto: i link t.me/wa.me non possono cambiare dominio, non c'è dangerouslySetInnerHTML, l'agent mode funziona solo in sviluppo, i token non finiscono nel route context, l'export è in POST con no-store, l'upload in FormData passa per httpLink.

Runs the agent-mode People API under Node and checks the rules bd21599 added: only the group's Capo Admin reaches a join request, an unconfirmed match gets none of the record's powers, ending a Lead role needs people:appoint, and the member export keeps every cell as text. Technical review completed across Standards and Spec with independent review rounds. No outstanding actionable findings. Checked People navigation, permission projections, imports, invites and census against backend #83. Pending Telegram removals are disclosed to the volunteer and HR; unrelated HR discrepancies remain private. Validation: check, typecheck, 180 tests and production build pass; 3 optional integrations skipped. Browser verification covered 9 People routes at 1440px and 320px. Live Microsoft 365, production SMTP and physical CIE hardware were outside this local validation. Administrative bypass of human approval is explicitly requested by the user.

Adds one People record per volunteer/member, with independent association membership, Telegram admin and team roles, plus Census, Linking, Capo Admin and My area.
people:selfopens My area and only the confirmed record's Capo Admin/Team Lead sections. General People access requiresadmin:accessand the exact read/write permission.people.members.list, a restricted projection independent ofpeople:read. Read-only users get no mutation controls or inaccessible record links; account navigation opens the permitted section.The backend is implemented in PoliNetworkOrg/backend#83 and must be merged and deployed first.

Validation:
pnpm check,pnpm typecheck,pnpm testandpnpm build. Tests: 179 passed (People plus the suites frommain), 3 optional integrations skipped; 35 lint warnings, the same count asmain. Browser checks used the documented permission/person profiles at 320px and 1440px. A real signed-in OIDC session and the pending backend were not verified.Merge audit, 22 October 2026
Reviewed against backend #83, which must be merged and deployed first. Census group changes explicitly wait for HR and bot confirmation, with pending status on My area; team changes apply immediately. The agent fixture uses the same pending-state behavior.
Validation: pnpm check, typecheck, test and build pass; 180 tests passed, 3 optional integrations skipped. Browser checks covered 9 People pages at 1440px and 320px. Backend authorization, persistence and receipt completion are covered by backend #83 PostgreSQL tests. Physical CIE, live Microsoft 365 and a production OIDC login were not exercised.
The final backend contract includes PoliNetworkOrg/backend#94, which aligns the dedicated
admin-removalkind with the concurrent dashboard update and preserves pending-state privacy. Both independent follow-up reviews approved the final alignment.
