Merged dev exceeds the 200 KiB solid-theme limit by 98 bytes. Nest the Code-toolbar rules under their common selector, preserving specificity and declarations while removing repeated selector text from generated CSS.
Validation:
bun commitand all 351 tests pass, including the unchanged size budget. This is required before publishing 0.1.0.
