@tscircuit/check-shortsfallback from 0.0.12 to 0.0.19The CLI tries the jscdn module first, but native Bun/Node HTTPS imports can fall back to the packaged dependency. Updating that fallback makes the merged U3 pad-rotation fix reliably available to
