Summary: `RCTModuleData` is never instantiated and its implementation is a stub: initializers return `self`, and `gatherConstants`/`invalidate` are no-ops. Delete the header and implementation with the unused `RCTBridgeModuleProvider` typedef and `RCTModuleDataCallInvokerProvider` protocol, plus the buck header-map entry and all import sites.
