Summary
Adds the standalone day-grid components, date-range selection behavior, focus management, accessibility semantics, week-number support, and unit coverage. Motion utilities are included here because the grid directly depends on them.

Depends on #36746. The picker and composed Calendar layers follow.
Validation
yarn nx test react-calendar-preview --runInBandRelease
The release change file is intentionally added in #36751 once the full public API is present.
