Edit a model's configuration sets in the model editor - #212

The MAT-file editor's setRows is to carry a model's addSections, the sections beside its workspace's classes whose tiles the gallery offers (its configuration sets), and a MAT-file's none. And in the model editor, a set added from the gallery's Configurations tile, renamed and another deleted is one edit each on VS Code's stack, undone and redone with it, and saved.
matRows passes the engine's addSections on, where a model has some, so the gallery offers the Configurations tiles beside the Model Workspace's classes. The rest of the editing is view's and core's.
A model's configuration sets are added, renamed, described and deleted there.
Its model table offers the gallery's Configurations tiles, and a configuration set's rename, Description and Delete.

A Simulink model's (.slx) configuration sets are now edited in the model editor as a dictionary's are: added from the + Add gallery's Configurations tiles (Config Set, Config Reference), renamed, given a Description, and deleted. Each is one edit on VS Code's stack, and the save writes only what changed. The active set is not deleted: core says why. Cut is not offered on a set.
matRows(engineTable.ts) posts the engine's newaddSectionsfield, so the webview's gallery shows the Configurations tiles beside the Model Workspace's classes.test/engineTable.test.ts(a model's setRows carriesaddSections, a MAT-file's does not); integrationmodelActiveConfig.test.ts(suite renamed "Model editor: configuration sets"): a set added from the tile, renamed, another deleted, one edit each, undo/redo through VS Code's stack, saved. Integration runs on CI.Verified against MATLAB in core: every edit's save opens in MATLAB as MATLAB's own save of the same edit (R2027a 45/45, R2023b 23/23).
