The run-detail panel now exposes a sanitized Durable Object workspace snapshot and a guarded Restart sandbox control. Restarting replaces only the disposable sandbox; it preserves durable history and queued work, never resends an event, replays a command, or clears an uncertain operation.
The action is unavailable while a run is active. The read-only health contract reports only lifecycle phase, checkpoint availability, recovery count, and run identifier so operators can distinguish preparation recovery from an unresolved mutation without exposing command or repository data.
