feat: package the openscreen-demo skill as a Claude Code plugin - #1337
Conversation
Claude's plugin directory lists a plugin folder from a GitHub repository, so the skill moves into plugin/, next to its manifest and a README that says what it runs, sends and fetches. A root marketplace.json points at ./plugin. Claude Code installs the plugin from it, and `npx skills add getopenscreen/openscreen --skill openscreen-demo` keeps finding the skill through it. docs/assets is now export-ignore: the directory refuses a repository whose GitHub archive exceeds 50 MiB, and these README copies put it at 50.4.

Summary
Packages the
openscreen-demoskill as a Claude Code plugin, so it can be submitted to Claude's plugin directory (claude.ai/directory/manage, plugin pathplugin).plugin/: the plugin folder. It holds.claude-plugin/plugin.json, a README that says what the skill runs, sends and fetches (the directory requires one), and the skill, moved fromskills/openscreen-demo/..claude-plugin/marketplace.jsonat the root points at./plugin. It is required, not optional:npx skills add getopenscreen/openscreen --skill openscreen-demoonly finds a skill nested underplugin/through this file. It also lets Claude Code users install the plugin with/plugin install openscreen --marketplace getopenscreen/openscreen.docs/assets/** export-ignore: the directory refuses a repository whose GitHub archive exceeds 50 MiB. Ours was 50.4 MiB; without these copies ofpublic/media it is 43.1 MiB. The README and the raw.githubusercontent links read the tree, not the archive, so nothing changes for them. Documented inbuild-and-packaging.md.npx skills addcommands are unchanged.Related issue
