Opening an existing PDF for modification currently replaces its in-memory modification date immediately, even if the document is never saved. Set the date when the document is written instead. An explicit date set by the caller, including a cleared date, is preserved. Newly authored documents retain their existing behavior.
Regression tests cover opening dated and undated files, saving an imported file, caller-selected dates, and newly authored files.
Originally from ststeiger/PdfSharpCore#496 (issue ststeiger/PdfSharpCore#365).
Validation: .NET 8 PDFsharp tests: 261 passed, 11 skipped; PDFsharp netstandard2.0 build passed.
