Remove the retired Temporal comparison page

Change

Remove the English and Ukrainian comparison pages, the shared footer link and all seven translated labels. Remove its dedicated downloadable example, Webpack loader and example-only CI step.

The normal all-locale build, link checks, documentation contracts and Sonar analysis remain in place. All candidate and fresh-main checks pass. Deployment and live verification are complete.

Closes #240 after verified publication.

Verification

• Source search finds no remaining comparison route, example path or page label.
• git diff --check passes.
• Normal hosted documentation build passes for all eight locales in run 38835809787, including route/link, translation, search and LLM-export checks.
• Sonar, protocol checks and public-boundary checks pass on exact head 57e9241. The Sonar API reports zero open/confirmed findings for this change.
• Merged source fdc1dbbc passes its fresh-main build and deploys through the normal workflow and Pages deployment.
• All 59 live checks pass: the eight comparison routes and five downloads return 404; localized home/docs pages return 200 with clean footers; all 16 search indexes, eight sitemaps and six LLM exports contain no comparison reference. The complete published tree contains no retired page or example path.
