Remove the retired Temporal comparison page #240
Description
Remove the retired Durable Workflow vs Temporal comparison page and every link to it.
Acceptance:
- Remove the English and translated comparison routes, footer links and translation labels.
- Remove the comparison-only downloadable example and its dedicated CI step.
- Build every locale with the normal link checks, then deploy through the existing Pages workflow.
- Verify the retired routes return 404 and the published footer, sitemap, search indexes and LLM exports contain no reference to the removed page.

Deployed in #241. The comparison URL and all seven localized versions now return 404, and the footer links are gone. Its five downloads also return 404. Published search indexes, sitemaps and LLM exports contain no reference to the comparison; localized home and documentation pages still return 200.
The normal all-language candidate and main builds, Sonar and protocol checks pass. Pages deployment and all 59 live checks pass.
