This measures the transmitter and receiver separately instead of the whole core, matching the per-module synthesis table. The transmitter reaches 316 MHz and the receiver 296 MHz. The note about the open flow is reworded to state plainly that the numbers are unverified and lack vendor-signed timing analysis, and the build command comments are aligned into a single column.
