Aligns the model with the published TaskNotes starter.

Problem: the starter type installed by the tasknotes.task pack was configured in tasknotes-app (scripts/tasknotes-resources.mjs: palette, the skipped cancelled status, three profiles), while mdbase-contracts generated packs from this model's plugin defaults (DEFAULT_STATUSES, which has no cancelled). Regenerating rc.15 that way dropped cancelled, changed colours and added profiles (fixed by rc.16, mdbase-dev/mdbase-contracts#7).

Change:

  • New @tasknotes/model/starter: buildTaskNotesStarterResources(), cloneTaskNotesStarterModelConfig(), TASKNOTES_STARTER_TYPE_VERSION = 4 and the palette/profile constants. The plugin defaults are unchanged.
  • test/starter.test.mjs pins the starter's pack to the published rc.16 resource digests (contract, type, both schemas) byte for byte, and checks cancelled and the profiles.
  • TASKNOTES_MDBASE_PACK_VERSION → 0.3.0-rc.16; package 0.3.0-rc.14.

Follow-ups: mdbase-contracts sync and tasknotes-app use the starter instead of their own configuration.

The starter type installed by the tasknotes.task pack was configured in
tasknotes-app (palette, the skipped cancelled status, three profiles), while
mdbase-contracts generated packs from the model's plugin defaults. rc.15
did, and dropped cancelled. The starter now lives here as
buildTaskNotesStarterResources, and a test pins it to the published rc.16
pack's resource digests byte for byte. Pack version rc.16; model rc.14.
