Use the model's published TaskNotes starter - #173

The starter configuration (palette, skipped cancelled status, profiles) lived here while mdbase-contracts generated packs from the model's plugin defaults, which is how rc.15 lost cancelled. It now comes from @tasknotes/model/starter (rc.14), and a test requires the generated type to equal the type in the pinned rc.16 pack. Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>

cancelledstatus, profiles) out ofscripts/tasknotes-resources.mjsinto@tasknotes/model/starter(model rc.14, callumalpass/tasknotes-model#18), where the model's tests pin it to the published rc.16 pack. mdbase-contracts now generates packs from the same starter (mdbase-dev/mdbase-contracts#8).New test: the generated starter type equals the type inside the pinned rc.16 pack byte for byte. No runtime or manifest change;
