Motivation
Adds MD3 selected colors (
primaryContainer/onPrimaryContainer) onList.ItemandList.Accordion, plus expand/collapse motion on the accordion chevron and content.Stacked on #5041. GitHub will show those commits until #5041 merges, after that a rebase drops them. Not blocked on #5018.
