Window the repo down to a focused subset of samples:
- Dots101/Entities101 (HelloCube samples only)
- EntitiesSamples: Baking, Boids, Streaming

Removed:
- Top-level GraphicsSamples, NetcodeSamples, PhysicsSamples projects
- Dots101 subprojects: ContentManagement101, Jobs101, Netcode101,
  OtherSamples, Physics101
- Entities101/Assets: Firefighters, Kickball, Tornado
- EntitiesSamples/Assets: ExampleCode, Graphical, UI Toolkit

Docs and READMEs updated to match: rewrote the top-level and
EntitiesSamples READMEs, removed the Havok physics package mention and
the now-broken ExampleCode links from the Docs.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
Consolidate the remaining samples into a single Entities project:
- Move Dots101/Entities101/Assets/HelloCube -> EntitiesSamples/Assets/HelloCube
- Remove the rest of Dots101 (the Entities101 project shell)

HelloCube is self-contained for its new home: its asmdef package
references are all satisfied by the EntitiesSamples manifest, it has no
references to Entities101 project assets, and its legacy Input.Get* usage
is supported by the EntitiesSamples "Active Input Handling" setting.

Updated the top-level and EntitiesSamples READMEs to list HelloCube under
EntitiesSamples and repoint the HelloCube/StateChange links.

just leaving this comment (so to not merge this by accident) while we continue the discussion as for sure we want to keep public facing Netcode samples alive
