Verifica: typecheck, test, Biome e build passano. 128 test passati; 7 test del seed richiedono PostgreSQL dedicato. I nuovi test riproducono letture in ritardo, concorrenza, notifiche fallite, creazioni incomplete, cleanup già completato e paginazione.

…ew address

setAssocNumber leaves the legacy path: it now requires azure:members:write for
dashboard users (token callers only), refuses a number another user already
holds, audits who changed what, and can email the member their new number.

create accepts a mailbox choice: the standard firstname.lastname address (now
without accents, apostrophes or spaces) or a custom local part on
polinetwork.org. It refuses an address or member number already in use, and a
welcome email addressed to the mailbox being created. Callers that omit the
choice keep the standard address.

Walkthrough

The Azure directory adds member lookups and mailbox-aware provisioning. The member router adds serialized association-number updates with optional email notification. The changes also add incomplete-provisioning errors and updated email content.

Directory contracts and lookups
src/azure/types.ts, src/azure/functions/members.ts, src/azure/directory.ts, src/azure/mock-directory.ts, tests/azure-directory.test.ts
Directory contracts add member summaries and lookup methods. Graph-backed reads handle pagination and propagate failures.
Mailbox-aware member creation

Creation accepts standard or custom mailbox choices. The router checks address and member-number conflicts, serializes creation, and handles incomplete setup. Welcome-email contact details and the sign-off change.
Association-number updates and notification
src/routers/azure/members.ts, src/emails/mailer.tsx, src/emails/templates/member-number-changed.tsx, tests/azure-router.test.ts, tests/idp-router.test.ts
A token-only procedure validates and serializes number changes, tracks delayed directory reads, and optionally sends a notification email. Tests cover authorization, races, stale reads, releases, and delivery results.

Change: Feature · Severity of issue fixed: Medium

Merge Risk: ⚪ Minimal · up to 48411

This change adds a token-only member-number update, mailbox-aware member creation, full directory pagination and safer cleanup of incomplete accounts. No concrete merge-blocking risk remains after the review. The reviewed behavior assumes a single backend instance, as the PR states.

…ut of logs

Two requests could both pass the duplicate checks before either wrote, and
Entra does not enforce a unique employeeId. Member creation and number
changes now run one at a time (the backend is a single instance), and an
address conflict reported by Entra is returned as "already in use" instead
of the raw Graph message. The number-change log records whether a
notification was requested, not the address.
… setup

Keep recent member-number writes until Entra reads and searches agree, including consecutive changes. Preserve successful writes when email delivery fails, and remove only newly created accounts when group or license setup fails.

Read all directory pages and include browser previews with simulated data.
Keep both the member-number email and the e-signing emails in the mailer.

…endent

The test fired two concurrent creates and relied on the first one reaching
the write queue first. When the second won, the one-shot mock failed the
wrong request. Start the second request once the first has entered
createMember.

The fixture certificates are valid from a day before the current time, so a
clock fixed at 2026-10-17 put them before their validity start once that day
passed and the signing tests failed with an expired certificate.
