Disable relaunch at the updater handoff.

download_and_stage() starts the update helper before install_update() sends UpdateEvent::Restarting. If the GUI stops before TrayApp::logic consumes that event, keep_running remains true. The shutdown path can then spawn the old executable after stopping the server. The helper waits only for the original process, so the old executable can start before the helper replaces the binary and launches the update.

Clear keep_running when the update helper starts, while preserving relaunch for failed updates and user exits.

Review comment at @src/desktop.rs at line 1175:
Update the updater handoff in download_and_stage() to clear keep_running as soon
as the update helper starts, preventing shutdown from relaunching the old
executable. Keep relaunch behavior intact for failed updates and user exits.
