docs/AGENTS.md no longer asks agents to check with the user before running the quickstart notebook, which submits a real annotation job. The facts about that job stay: it needs a saved sign-in, counts toward the account's job limits and waits for the result.
Only line breaks change: each paragraph and list item now sits on one line. The rendered text is unchanged.
The rules to comment each logical step of notebook code, to check code in Markdown pages against the source and to leave no HTML comments in published pages are not specific to CyteType, so they go. The docs tests still check for HTML comments, and where to track pending work stays.

One commit puts each paragraph on one line and changes only line breaks.
