AGENTS.md drops general conventions that the repository does not check: the naming rule, uv, typing style, argument validation, "each fact has one home" and the general rule on test quality. It keeps the layout, the dependency policy, the writing rules the documentation tests check, the documentation map, the rules for numerical routines and validation scripts, the licensing rules and the checks.
