🎯 Functional Correctness | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick win

Preserve missing fields in the cell identity.

If two EC2 recommendations have platform: 'Linux/UNIX' and their tenancy values are missing and '', computeIdentity gives both the same key. samePurchaseVariantIdentity treats those tenancy values as different. The recommendations therefore share a cell even though the purchase-variant filter rejects one of them. Preserve the missing-versus-empty distinction in the key, or make both identity checks use the same normalization.

Review comment at @frontend/src/recommendations.ts around lines 1009 - 1010:
Update computeIdentity so missing tenancy remains distinct from an explicitly
empty tenancy, keeping its key normalization consistent with
samePurchaseVariantIdentity. Check the analogous platform normalization for the
same mismatch and preserve missing-versus-empty distinctions there if needed.
