Summary

rename the signup navigation CTA to Join Us on desktop and mobile
rename the matching footer link
add a production-build assertion for the label

Verification

40 tests passed
changed-file ESLint passed
production build and SEO validation passed
generated HTML contains two Join Us links and no old sign up link label
