- Extend the Smart MCP server instructions with decision guidance - Add an "Advisory decisions" section to the portable engraphis-memory skill - Document both Jev paths in AGENT_CONNECT and refresh the plugin skill checksum
Adding the advisory-decision sentence to _SMART_SESSION_PROTOCOL pushed the initial Smart MCP payload to 12,411 bytes, over the 12 KiB gate, and any mcp_server.py edit also invalidates the checksum-bound benchmark artifact. Keep the guidance in the portable skill and connection guide; leave the protocol text unchanged.
