Home dashboard, platform status, and administration. Depends on #1201.

What's here
Home is an inbox of recent runs that finished with failures, each expandable into its failing tests grouped by category - so there's an obvious place to start rather than a blank page. Counters across the top for failing tests, active tests, samples and queue depth, all derived from queries the page already makes.

Status shows the queue, what's running, and dependency health.

Admin covers users and roles, blocked users, maintenance mode per platform, forbidden extensions, and API tokens.

Baseline promotion
This is the destructive action in the console and it's shaped carefully: admin-only, behind a per-row overflow menu, behind a dialog that spells out that the output becomes the expected baseline for every future run on all platforms and the current hash is discarded.

There is deliberately no bulk accept. Replacing baselines should take one considered click per test.

Review notes
Role gating in the UI is a convenience - the API enforces it again on every one of these endpoints, and I'd rather that stayed the case.

Vite + React + TypeScript setup for the web console under web/, with the
shared styles, UI primitives and types the pages build on.
Typed client for the mod_api endpoints: fetch helpers carrying the bearer
session, and a TanStack Query hook per resource.
Sign in, the password reset screen the recovery email links to, and the
account page for profile, password and the GitHub connection.
Run list, run detail and queueing a new run. A failing output opens a drawer
with the expected/actual diff, or plays the sample against both caption
tracks so a mismatch can be judged against the picture.
The regression suite: browse and filter tests, see per-platform history and
baselines, and define a new test against a sample.
Sample library with media info and per-sample test status, plus uploading a
new sample and working through the queue.
Home dashboard of recent failing runs, platform status and queue, and the
administration page for users, blocked users, maintenance and tokens.
