[FEATURE]
In raising this pull request, I confirm the following (please check boxes):
My familiarity with the project is as follows (check one):
The sample library and uploads. Depends on #1200.
What's here
Samples with their parsed MediaInfo tree, tags, extra files, upload record, and which regression tests use them - plus per-platform status of the most recent run for that sample.
The upload side covers uploading a new sample, the queue of uploads awaiting processing, linking a queued upload to a sample or deleting it, and FTP credentials for large uploads.
Review notes
Media info is best-effort - a missing or unparseable XML shows as absent rather than failing the page, matching what the API does.
Uploads go to /samples/upload as plain multipart. Worth knowing that the nginx body limit in PR 9 is what makes this work at all for real files; today nginx would reject anything over 1 MB.
Deleting a sample warns that it takes its regression tests with it.
