• Built and run IDitracker for IDitech Mexico: an inventory/stock-management platform serving 220+ employees and 200+ clients, with RBAC, tenant segregation, real-time updates, and audit logging.
• Direct engineering across React, Next.js, TypeScript, NestJS, Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Docker, and CI/CD; own hiring, technology selection, and production releases.
• Integrate LLM applications, RAG, and agent orchestration into client systems where AI moves the needle operationally.

• Directed security architecture and secure code review from the initial design phase.
