Maven Central accepted the 0.0.1027 upload but took longer than the one-hour plugin wait, leaving publication CI red. Resume polling the same deployment after that specific timeout, without uploading a duplicate bundle. Add a deployment_id workflow input to recover an existing upload directly.
Build, authentication, validation and unexpected failures still fail; only PUBLISHED is successful. Status polling retries transient network/429/5xx errors and has a bounded two-hour recovery window.
Validation: 12 Python tests pass, covering timeout matching, manual no-upload recovery, terminal errors, transient status retries and expiry. Existing CI runs these tests and compiles the SDK.
