Document the `vectordb_knowledge_base_excluded_category_ids` setting in the advanced customization / hidden settings section. This backend setting lets operators exclude specific knowledge base categories (and their entire subtrees) from the vector database used by the knowledge base assistant. Also includes a helper command for finding knowledge base category IDs.
