Module policies could authorize a different file than the loader opened, and filesystem aliases could initialize the same module twice. Require exact stored spelling and preserve distinct filename bytes during policy matching.
Linux and other systems without trustworthy native filename queries require directory listing permission for module loading. Policy patterns with ambiguous edge whitespace are rejected; literal whitespace needs explicit dot components such as
./ secret.vibe/..
