Preserves custom archive index graphs and wrapped completed-plan pointers; adds separate opt-in native Claude Code project-agent profiles with custom-file protection; bumps engineering-workflow to 0.9.10 and regenerates plugin bytes. Validation: full 9/9, security 3/3, strict Claude validators, Codex plugin/skill validators, independent review.
