Summary

Adds a changelog entry for the new Broadcasts endpoints that shipped to the X API v2 since the last entry (Aug 13).

Changes

• New Aug 25, 2026 changelog entry covering the Broadcasts endpoints: listing broadcasts, managing scheduled broadcasts, going live, and reading/moderating broadcast chat, plus the new broadcast.read and broadcast.write OAuth scopes
• Added a Broadcasts group to the X API v2 navigation so the new endpoint reference pages are discoverable and linkable

Context

Triggered by the automated OpenAPI spec sync merged to main, which introduced the /2/broadcasts endpoint family and generated reference pages that were not yet in the navigation or changelog.
