### PPU credit balance endpoint

Added [`GET /2/usage/credits`](/x-api/usage/get-usage-credits) to the [Usage API](/x-api/usage/introduction). Pay-per-use (PPU) accounts can now check their current credit balance in USD programmatically, making it easier to monitor spend and automate top-ups alongside existing Post consumption tracking.
