Integrate reviewed campus queries and selection contract fixes

This integrates the reviewed credential/selection/privacy, daily context, Unicode table alignment, and official lecture changes from #8, #12, #13 and #14. The branch preserves each contributor's original commits and resolves the shared changelog, authentication and dependency-lock conflicts.

The fixes to #8 require matching round metadata before concluding a selection read-back, preserve uncertainty when bid evidence is missing, retain complete reconciliation targets in transport errors, preserve supported SKSJ teaching/meeting fields in enrollment projections, and reject conflicting duplicate-component credit evidence. Existing macOS metadata-only Keychain status and helper timeouts are retained.

Validation on macOS / Node v22.19.0:

• Type check and the complete 348/348 test suite passed.
• All 21 context/calendar tests passed with TZ=UTC.
• The 40 focused Harden TIS credential, selection, and privacy contracts #8 tests passed; the new regressions first reproduced the original failures.
• Package verification found all new modules, docs and the bundled skill in the 306-file tarball. An isolated installation started both CLI and MCP; the official lecture command successfully read 12 source records, including 6 upcoming records.
• git diff --check passed and dependency installation reported zero vulnerabilities.
• Original PRs feat: refine context into an AI-ready daily snapshot #12, fix(cli): align Unicode table columns #13 and feat(talks): add official campus lectures #14 each passed the six-job macOS/Linux/Windows × Node 20/22 CI matrix. This PR validates the final combined tree.

No live campus mutation or npm publication was performed. Issue #4 remains open pending the reporter's actual Linux desktop-session verification; #8's automatic closure reference was removed accordingly.
