The three apache-mynewt-core fixes jenkins.sh patched in are merged upstream: sim -Werror on 64-bit Linux, the hal_uart loop_slave fd leak, and LINK_TABLE alignment for the native BSP. Pointed project.yml at mynewt-core master and drop the patches. Verified locally: the sim target builds clean unpatched.
