Adds a CI job that builds wolfBoot's SUIT support against this wolfCOSE and runs its tests, so a wolfCOSE change that breaks its flagship lean verify-only consumer fails here instead of in the field.
The job:
WOLFBOOT_SUIT=1sim (lean wolfCOSE linked against a verify-onlyNO_ASN/NO_ECC_SIGNwolfCrypt). This is the configuration that surfaces verify-only regressions — exactly the class of bug that reached integration before (a signing helper leaking into a verify-only build, and a verify path needingmp/spsymbols absent from a minimal wolfCrypt).Notes:
suit-manifestbranch until SUIT lands on wolfBoot master, then switch the clone to wolfSSL/wolfBoot. so revert after merge of wolfboot
