Summary

Why: Release the stale-query watchdog (#76) so a query whose terminal state_updated is lost on a live socket gets recovered by a retrieve_results probe instead of hanging for the full query budget. It's a minor bump because it adds the optional stale_query_probe_seconds connect kwarg (default 30s, None disables).

What: Bump the version to 0.29.0 in pyproject.toml and uv.lock. After merge, push tag v0.29.0 to publish to PyPI.
