Code changes:
- Switch declaration generation to the Oxc dts generator in packages/cli/tsdown.config.ts and packages/prompts/tsdown.config.ts (rolldown-plugin-dts 0.29's tsgo API requires TypeScript 7.1+; repo pins 7.0.2)
- Add explicit export type annotations required by the Oxc dts generator in packages/prompts/src/{box,common,log,messages,note,stream,task-log,task}.ts and packages/cli/src/{define-config,oxlint-plugin,version}.ts, including new TaskLog/TaskLogGroup interfaces in packages/prompts/src/task-log.ts
- Remove the optional @typescript/native-preview peer dependency from packages/core/package.json (no longer declared by rolldown-plugin-dts) and bump bundledVersions.tsdown
- Regenerate NAPI binding types in packages/cli/binding/index.d.cts (adds FrozenTsconfig from oxc-node v1.0.1)
