Testing the changes

• I tested the changes in this PR: YES (running wayfire)|briefly (running labwc)|NO (libinput-devel - I wouldn't even know how to test the dev-files in a meaningful way)
• I'm running v1.32.0 for a good month now w/o issues on my hardware (Dell/Intel)

Local build testing

• I built this PR locally for my native architecture, x86_64-glibc
• I built this PR locally for these architectures (if supported. mark crossbuilds):
  • x86_64-musl

Note:

As an internal feature, we use the new udev's ID_INTEGRATION (systemd v260) to
tell us whether a device is internal or external. This means fewer quirks are
required in libinput as we now get this information from the system.

Not sure whether this might pose a problem on non-sysd distros w/ specific HW..
