**vDB — Multi-AZ PostgreSQL Cluster**

PostgreSQL Cluster (RDS) now supports the **Multi-AZ** mode in the HCM region: Nodes are spread across two or more availability zones, so the cluster keeps serving traffic when one zone fails.

* Select the **Multi-AZ** mode in the Basic configuration step when creating a PostgreSQL Cluster.
* Select at least **2 availability zones**, one Subnet per zone, in the Network & Security step.
* A **1 Primary (Writer) + N Replicas (Reader)** architecture (2–10 nodes) with automatic failover to a remaining zone.
* Requires a VPC with **DNS** enabled; currently available in the **HCM** region only.

**VKS — Control Plane Logging**

VKS now lets you collect the Control Plane logs of a Cluster — including **Audit**, **API Server**, **Controller Manager**, **Scheduler** — and send them to your **OpenSearch** or **Kafka** on vDB, for audit, compliance, and troubleshooting.

**vDB — PostgreSQL Cluster Multi-AZ**

PostgreSQL Cluster (RDS) hỗ trợ chế độ **Multi-AZ** tại region HCM: các Node được trải trên từ hai availability zone trở lên, cluster vẫn phục vụ được khi một zone gặp sự cố.

* Chọn chế độ **Multi-AZ** ngay ở bước Basic configuration khi tạo PostgreSQL Cluster.
* Chọn tối thiểu **2 availability zone**, mỗi zone một Subnet, ở bước Network & Security.
* Kiến trúc **1 Primary (Writer) + N Replicas (Reader)** (2–10 node) với automatic failover sang zone còn lại.
