Adds two Python projects that fit the list's AI/agents and DevOps sections:\n\n- consensus-hardening-protocol: adversarial decision hardening for multi-agent systems, with an R0 gate, foundation attack, signed decision record, CLI, and conformance suite.\n- cubiczan-resilience: retry/backoff, circuit breaker, idempotency ledger, atomic writes, and fail-closed FastAPI helpers.\n\nBoth are public, documented, and installable from PyPI.
