Add Learning section with LearnAI interactive Python tutor

Description

Adds a new Learning section to awesome-python featuring LearnAI — an AI-powered conversational tutor that:

• Builds a personalized Python curriculum based on the learner's level and goal
• Teaches interactively, one module at a time
• Uses active recall (asks questions, waits for answers, gives feedback)
• Adapts explanations to how the individual learner thinks

This fills a gap in awesome-python: there are excellent library sections but no section for interactive learning tools.
