…in CI Recent interface changes (restructured streams, async getWorld) break community worlds built against spec version 3. This bumps SPEC_VERSION_CURRENT to 4 and filters community worlds in CI based on the specVersion declared in worlds-manifest.json. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

I don't think these are valid spec version bumps... the actual spec of the workflow events hasn't changed, and I don't think runs with a v3 event log are incompatible with a v2 runtime and so on...
