feat: add AgentsKit Chat starter

• add a credential-free React starter for @agentskit/chat
• demonstrate streaming, cancellation, session state, and accessible headless rendering
• include Vercel template metadata, a one-click deploy link, and a live demo

• Deployment is Ready and returns HTTP 200
