Add AGENTS.md with project architecture, build commands, and code conventions. Add installable agent skill (skills/embed-src) following the Agent Skills standard. Update README with install instructions via npx skills add.
Add/update standard ecosystem files: llms.txt, CONTRIBUTING.md, AGENTS.md, sr.yaml, teasr.toml, skills, and centered README header with badges and Agent Skill section.
Support embedding specific lines from source files using lines="spec" where spec can be a single line (5), range (5-10), open-end (5-), or open-start (-10). Attributes are now order-independent.
The publish job was checking out main before the version bump commit, causing cargo publish to fail with "already exists". Now checks out the tag created by semantic-release to get the updated Cargo.toml.
